BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISS URl,

SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of the Git of
Jefferson, R4`ssouri , deems it necessary andexpedient to vacate an
