AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING IN THE 400 BLOCK BOLIVAR STREET FO
A DISTAI•ICE OF ONE HUNDRED TWEAITY-FIVE FEET SOUTH OF THE EAST-WEST
ALLEY TO SAID ALLEY ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STREET, AND PROVIDING::A'j
PENALTY FOR V IOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of any
vehicle to park the same in the 400 block of Bolivar Street in the
space on the east side of said street extending from the East-West
Alley to a point one hundred twenty-five (125) feet south of said
alley during the period between 8:30 o ' clock a.m. to 5:30 o 'clock
p.m.
SECTION 2. Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall b e deemed guilty pf a misdemeanorp
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or carts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are 'iereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effeet and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING IN A CJERTAIN DESCRIBED SPACE ON
THE VIEST SIDE OF BOLIVAR STREET IN THE BLOCK THEREOF, AND
i PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDA II•TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS OI,
?`MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park the same in the following described spaces
on the west side of Bolivar Street in the 400 block thereof:
(a) Beginning at the north line of Miller Street and runnin
north thirty-five feet to the south line of the quality Dairy
Driveway.
(b) Beginning at the south line of the public alley and
running in a southerly direction twenty-five feet.
SECTION 2. _ rpone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall b e deemed quilty of a mis-
demeanor,
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflic
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
