RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 ofthe Open I)ublic Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is o£ tile opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TI1EREFORE, liE IT RESOI.VED by the Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject nmlter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters.
3. It is anticipated at tiffs lime that tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matters.
4. Tiffs resolution shall take effect immediately.
