AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SE;VVER DISTRJCTj.NO. 909 WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND LEF'ITIING THE BOUVDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO11, MISEEOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , hereby declares and ordd. ns that it deems it necessary Xxxxxmn
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of the inha itants
of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer D strict
No. 90, and said district to be established with location and bo ndaries
as follows: Beginning at a point that is 150 feet easterly of t e
westerly line, and 269 feet northerly of the southerly line of 0 C-
lot 108; thence north parallel with the westerly line of said OC dot
330 feet; thence South 51 degrees and 52 minutes East 399.8 feet
thence turning an angle og 69 degrees and 28 minutes to the left

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS INS ENIER
DISTRICT NO.. 90, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, YISSOURT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF J EF'FER S OTT,' MIS OUR I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City 'ouncil of the City of Jeffersoil
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the heE .th
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary pur uses
that there be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer Listrict To. 90,
as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and It is ordered at the
same be mand and connected in to the Sewer in the senter of Hou
Park Road, and that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 7 plus �70
in Sewer District No. 74 "A" said point of beginning 419. 5 fee north
of the southerly line of Outlot 108 and on the center line of H tigh
Park Drive; thence south 51 degrees and 52 minutes East, 629. 6 yet;
