OR PIECE OF GROUND LYING BETVIEEN AND SITUATE WITHIN THE ?301TNDS OF
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 74 "A" in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
in the name of the owner or owners thereof for constructing and
i completing sewers therein.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOSRI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It appearing from the written report of the
City Engineer, the officert in charge of the work of construction
and completing sewers, in Sewer District No. 74 "At' , in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, heretofore submitted by said officer
to the City Council and approved and filed by it . on this '7th day of�
Jul J, 1952 at a regular meeting of the Oity Council held III
on this date., that the total cost of construction and completing i
of said sewer as constructed, amounts to the sum of $ 6765.00
and it further appearing that said report of said officer did
apportion said costs agaihnst the several lots or pieces of ground
in said Sewer District No. 74 "A" a exclusive of streets in
proportion to the area of the whole of said District No. 74 "A"
exclusive of the public highways, and it further appears. that the
total number of square feet contd ned in the aggregate number of
lots and pieces of ground situated in the said Sewer District No.
74 "A" exclusive of the public Maghways therein amounts
to 283,650. OU square feet. And it further appearing "from
the said report that on proper apportionment of said costs such lot
Ior pieces of ground in said Sewer District No. 74 "A•" , so situ-
ated, each square foot of ground contained in said lots or pieces
of ground in laid Sewer Di 6triet No. 74 "All is chargeable with
the sum of $_L-0238498 �oer square foot.
NOVI, TTTEREFORE, for the purpose of paying for the work of
construction and completion of sewers in said Sewer District NO.
74 "A" together with all necessary leterals, inlets, catch
as�`ins,manholes, and other necessaty ap .urtenances thereto apper-
taining, there is hereby levied and assessed against the several
and hereinafter described lots or pieces of ground within the b.:oun
of said Sewer District NV. 74 "A" , situated inthe name of the
respective name of .the owner or owners of said lots or pieces of
ground, a special tax at the rate of $ 0.0238498 per square
foot for each and every square foot of gro nd so situated as afore-
said.

SECTION 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned
and r eferred to in Section 1 of this Ordinai ce, against which a
special tax bill is specified in "section 1 of tl,is ordinen ce is
levied and assessed and the same is hereby levied and assessed and
the description of said lots or pieces of ground and the name of
the owner or owners thereof in which the tax is levied and assessed
and the cost per square foot and the amount assessed each lot or
piece of ground in said Sewer District No. 74 "A" situated in
the name of the owner or owners thereof, tFie num er of square feet
owned by each property holder in the lots or pieces of ground
owned by each owner in said Sewer District No. 74 "A" is as
follows:
