at once to make out special tax bills under the seal of the Cit
of Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said 1 is

situated, mentioned and described in the )aeretofore mentioned
sections of this ordinance in the name of the owner or owners
thereof, which said special tad certified tax bills shall be
signed by the h ayor and attested and recorded by the City Cler
and delivered to Roy Sc -e erle i'onstruction Company
the Contractor of the work of construction of the aforesaid se7w3rs
as provided andrequired by the Charter of the City of Jeffersor
and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction ofl

AN ORDINANCE LEVYIIIG AND ASSESSIhTG A SPECIAL TAX AGAINST EACH
LOT OR PIECE OF GR UND LYING BETI"TEEN AND SITUATE WITHIN THE
BOUNDS OF SEWER DISTRICT NO. 88 IN THE CITY OF JEFF El SON,
MISSOURI, IN THE NAME OF THE OWNER OR iNiVERS THEREOF FOR C0I4ST UCTING
AND COMPLETING SEWERS THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOt I,
AS FOLLOWS:
I SECTION 1. It appearing from the written report of the
City Engineer, the officer in charge of the work of construction
and completing sewers, in Sewer District No. 88 , in the Cit
j of Jefferson, Missouri, heretofore submitted by said officer t
the City Council and approved and filed by it on this 7th
j day of J"l_y , 1952, at a regular meeting of the`Uity
1 Council hold on this date, that the total cost of conetruction and
I completing of said sewer as constructed, amounts to the sum of
