1952 said City Council would consider such reaoni<a;g of all . of sa d

I due notice that said City Council would hold a public hewing
concerning said eezoning; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has given all persons an opportunity
to be heard upon the proposal to rezone all of the above describ d
real estate;

Section 1. HereUter the following described real estate
be classified as District "F" under the zoning ordinances of the
I City of Jefferson, Missouri:
f Inlots 783, 7840 7850 and 786 in the vity of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances xk which conflict with this
ordinance are herewith repealed in so far as they do co nflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage and approval.

AVENUE FRO14 THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF MAIN STREET SOUTH 909. 5 FEET.
BE IS ORDANNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS ON9
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Donald Avenue
from the south curb line of Main Street south 909.5 feet, be and
hereby is established as follows;

Beginning t the south curb line of Iviain Street and t he center
line of Donald Avenue where the elevation of the grade is, 260.5.1 ;
thence 107 feet along the center line of Donald Avenue and on a
uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 269.11;
