SECTION 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict with
or inconsistent to this Ordinm ce are hereby repealed..
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN OR YTNANCE RELATING T( THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING
OF MOTOR VEHICLES, AND PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIJNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to park ary motor vehicle or other vehicle
or conveyance for more than one hour ( °undays and holidays
excepted) on the public street in the following places: On McCarty
Street commencing at the northeast corner of the intersecting ourb
lines of McCarty `?treet and 1�ulberry Street, thence east along
McCarty Street 354 feet; kka On M01berry Street commencing at the
intersection of the curb lines of Mulberry Street and McCarty
Street at the northeast corner of said intersection, thence north-
erly alaing Mulberry Street 98 feet.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
may be fined not to exceed One H-ndaed Dollars ($100.00) .
Section 3. iQl, ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed in so far an they do so
conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
