Ail ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF' THE ROADWAY OF EMINENCE
DRIVE FROM THE EXTENDED WEST LINE OF LOT 4 BLOCK 'ID" OF V"--RELAND
HEIGHTS ADDITION EAST 140 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU11CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURT., AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Eminence Drive
from the west line of lot 4 Block d of M-reland Heights Addition be
and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Eminence Drive on the
extended viest line of lot 4 Block D of Moreland Heights Addition.,
where the elevation of the grade shall be., 300.00; thence 35 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall bet
302.00; thence 35 feet on a vertical curve where the e3e vation of
the grade shall be, 302,27; thence 65 feet on a vertical curve
*ere the elevation of the grade shall be, 200. 90; thence 35 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be ,
297. 90.
SECTION 9. Thos Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passa[Se and approval.

, TvISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT OHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, M.I.ssouri ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and fort he health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 43 "A") and said district to be established within location and
boundaries as follows: All of lots 4 to 19 inclusive Block C ., all
of lot 4 Block DV and all of lots 9 to 14 inclusive Block B of
Moreland Heights subdivision included within the boundaries of
Sewer District No. 43 "A".
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and b, e in force from
and after its passage and approval.
