That the City Qouncil of the City of Jefferson, M1000ur , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comf rt of tim the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes that �lere must be condtructed as soon as possible in Sewer district No. 43 as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is ordered thaft -the same be made and construxted without unnecessary delay andt ha the said district be connbrte8e : with and into the present sewer i No. 43. SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 1 plus in Sewer District No. 43 thence south 20 degrees East (Magnetic) 185. 5 feet thence turning an angle of 38 degrees and 24 minutes to the left., 740 feet. SECTION 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed in all resepets as pro- vided by Ordinance and shalk be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and speci- fications of the Oity Engineer.
