SECTION 2. That the said roadway of Dntis Street from the center of ,,the IntA
intersection of Davis Street and Bolton Drive to the center of the Enter-
! section of Davis Street and Douglas Drive be graded, curbed and p a ed
with cement concrete material in accordance with the plans and specIifi-
cations submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the office of t e
' City Clerk, and that the total cost of the work aforesaid shall be
! charged and levied as a special k massessment against the real estate
abutting and fronting on said contemplated itprovement and special t Iax
bills shall be issued therefore, as provided in the City Charter an
Chapter 44 of the Revised Ordina ces of the City of Jefferson, Misscuri,
19410 and the Revised StUtues of the State of Missouri , 1939 and
? amendments thereto. That the cost of the curb shall be assessed on1
against the property in front of which the same is constructed.

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, lf,iissouri , changing the name cf
Eminence Drive, as it appears on the map of Foreland Heights, lying
between lots 5 to 19 inclusive Block C and lot 9 to 14 inclusive
Block B and lot 4 Block D of said subdivision, shall be changed and
hereinafter known as Rehagen Boulevard.
SECTION 1. That the name of Emience Drive, as it appears on the map
of 'Y, reland Hei;-hts, lying between lots 5 to 19 inclusive Block C
and lots 9 to 14 inclusive Block B and lot 4 Block D. of said sub-
division shall be changed and hereinafter known as Rehagen Lane.
SECTION 2. All ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect andbe in force from and
after its passage and approval.
