AN ORDINANCE CREATING A LADING ZONE OI' JEFFERSON STREET IN THE 20 { BLOCK
f THEREOF, PROHIBITIIG : muNG THEREIN, AMD PROVIDII'G A t'ENALTY FOR
VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFF'ERSOII, missot it
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a loading zone in the 200 block of
Jefferson Street, in the ity of Jefferson, Y' ssouri , which said z ne xkakk
shall be located on the west side of said street in the space now cccli
pied by the 7th arking meter stall North of High Street (Metex No
220) .
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the driver of. any vehicle to p rk
the same in -the above described loading zone for any purpose other
than loading or unloading goods, wares or merchandise for the Bent ql
Hotel in the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. Any person guilty of the violation of nay, of the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 4. All ordinai ces or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed. , insofar as they so conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in' force from aid
after its passage and approval.
