BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFErSCr1, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOV 1. hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of any veh cle
to fail to bring the same to a full Fn d complete stop on Dunklin St eet
at its intersection with Broadway Street.
SECTION 2. Amyone convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemenaor.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with tais
ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they do conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall t ake effect and be in force from ari
after its passage and approval..

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING AND Y(IDIFYING THE 1O NING ORDINAi4ES OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH HALF OF
THE BLOCK LYING BETWEEN HARRISON STREET, WALNUT STREET, ELM STREET
AND DUNKLIN STREET FROM DISTRICT "B" TO DISTRICT "F".
WHEREAS, The �'ity Council of the City of Jefferson, M'ssour ,
has been petitioned by Ed. Kiesel bath requesting that the Council
amend, change and reclassify the present zoning of the hereinafter
described property from -ts3trict "B" to District "F'0; and
WHEREASP The City Council has referred said request to the
Planning and coning Comrr.ission of the L'ity of Jefferson, ; and
WHEREAS' said commission has made its report to the City
Cduncil recommending that said property be rezoned funm District "I " to
District "F"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused to be published in the
Jefferson City Post-Tribune, a newspaper of general tirculation in
said ity, at least fifteen d ays prior to October 6, 1952, that
said City Council would, on October 6, 1952, consider such rezonin ;
and therefore all. interested parties have been given notice that C ty
Council vmuld hold a public hearing on the question of said rezoni g;

WHEREAS said City Council has afforded all interested part es
an opportunity'to be heard upon the matrer of the rezoning of said
real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described real estate b
classified as District "F" under the zoning ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri:
The north half of the block lying between Harrison S reet
walnut Street, Elm Street, and "unklin Street in the City
oa I of Jefferson, Missouri.
