MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOPl 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Nissour ,
hereby declares and ordains t}iat it deems it necessary for sani-
tary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
of the City to establish a Sewer Dsitrict to be Unown as Sewer
District No. 91 and said district to be established with location
and boundaries as follows: '`lie extent and bounc;ary of said Sewer
District :-hall be such as to include lots 8 to 22 inclusive of
Block 1 and lots 5 to 19 inclusive of Block 2 of Winston Heights
a subdivision of the south one-half of Outlot 98 in the City of
Jefferson, b71ssouri.
SECTION 2. Ail Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVI*DI'TG FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEV'VERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 91, VvIT1�TTZ THE CITY OF HEFFERSON, VISSOURI.
3E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares that it deems if :necessary for the health and com-
fort of its ir�Yi:abitants of the City and for sanitary purposes that
there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No
91, as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered
that said district sewer be made and connected into the City sewer
on Winston Street at a point 7 feet north of the northeast corner
of lot 5 Block 2 Winston Heights Gub division, and that the sa,-, e
be made without unnecessary delay.
SECTION 2. That said sewer begin at the City sewer on Winston Stre t
at a joint 7 feet north of the northeast corner of lot 5 Block 2
of Winston Heights Subdivision; thence running in a westerly direc-
tion a ong Winston ::street and paralel to the south line bhereof,
400.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 7 degrees and 50 minutes to
the left, 320.0 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as pro-
vided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of star dard sewer pipe
shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of
the City Eni;ineer, and shall be subject to the approval of the
Y, ssouri State Board of Health.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its .passage and approval.
