SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin st station 8 plus 18 on the
south 'ity Main sewer; thence South 35 degrees and 30 minutes west,

to the right, 219.8 feet; thence turning an angle of 88 degrees
and 30 minutes ti the left, 180.7 feet; thence turning an angle
of 13 degrees andU r4 inutes to the right, 334 .0 feet; thence turn-
ing an anille of 23 degrees and 20 minutes to the right, 215. 5 feet,
thence turning an angle of 101 degrees and 37 minutes to the right,
256.7 feet. Also beginning at a point 6 foet r}'orth of the south
line of the northeast quarter of Section 13 '�'onship 44 Range 12, and
30 feet east of the west line of the Tanner Bridge Road; thence
west parallel to:: the south line of said quarter section 165.0 feet,.$

SECTmrON 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provide
by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer• pipe
shall be constructed accordng to the plans and specifications of
the City 'engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from an
after its passage and approval.

CITY O•F JEFFEIRSOI: MISSOURI DITH REFERENCE TO CETI TAIIJ LAND 'i1ITH*
III SAID CITY FROM DISTRICT �'B" TO DIr'TRICT "F".
WHEREAS, petition duly signed has been filed with the City
Council of the City of Jefferson requesting it to amend, change and
reclassify the present zoning of the land 'hereinafter described
from L'istrict '13" to District"F"; and
WHEREAS., the Committee of the Whole of the City Uouncil has �
{filed its report with the City Council recommending that said land
be so rezoned, and
t WhEREAS, all interested parties have been notified that the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, I:;Issouri , would hold a
public hearing on the question of whether or not said land should
be sJ rez.>ned by the publication of notice in the Post-Tirbune,
�a newspaper of general circulation in said Uity more than fifteen
days prior to said hearing; and
