AN ORDINANCE LIVITING PARKING IN THE 100 BLOCK OF LAFAYETTE STREET
ON THE WEST SIDE THEREOF TO PERIODS MOT TO EXCESS OF ONE ITOUR; and
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDA114ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOTJF 12
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of tny
vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of time in ex-
cess of onw hour on the west side of "afayette Street in the 100 Bicck
thereof.
Section 2. "nyone convicted of a violation of any of the pro-
visiong of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinEr ces of parts of ordinal ces in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed9 insofar as they so conflict .
Section 4. 'his ord inance shall t ake ef f ect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
