3E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, I-:"ISSOUR ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. here is 'r- ereby levied and assessed at the rate and os
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
against the ag=°regate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Vetter Lane, from M ller Street to Ili frh Street
all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkling, oils
repairingl, surfacing: andresurfacIngListrict Niiinber Four (4) of the
City of Jefferson, M-ssouri , for the improvement of said roadway of
said street aforesaid by repairing, surfacbng andresurfacing the s

of 4996. 36 as the cost that is levied by statue for the improveme t
of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting
said roadway of s add street and t he number of front feet fronting or
abutting said roadway of said street aforesaid, amounts to 16606 ' xx
and the cost price per running foot is x`:0.60,
SECTION 2. r'or the purpose of paying for said improvement of said
roadway of Vetter Lane, from P;iller Street to High Street, all of said
improvement being within the limits of sprinkling, oiling. repai ing
surfacing and resurfacing Dustrict Number "'our (4) of the ity of
Jefferson, M. ssouri, there is hereby levied and assessed tfie sum
of $0.60 as a special tax against each front foot of ground front ng

SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the des-
cription of the lots or pieces of ground fronting o rebutting on each
side of Vetter Lane, from Miller Street to High Street, all of s �d
improvement being within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, surfs '.nF
