There is 1-,ereby levied and assessed at the rate and c os price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this OrdinEnce against the a`gregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting j on the roadway of Buchanan Street, from Hough Street north to the north side of Renn Addition, all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resur- facing District Number Four (4 ) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri f for the improvement of said roadway of s aid street aforesaid by re j pairing, surfacing andresurfacing the sum of $385.33 as the cost that is levied by statue for the improvement of said street and th number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said str et# aforesaid amounts to 1708.07 feet and the cost price per running foot is 60.2255.
