That Section 646, Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson„ 1941, defining photograph canvasser -,e, and the same is hereby amended by adding, in the fifth line of said section, between the word ticityss and the word "by" the words "by telephone ors', so than as amended, said section shallread: "Section 646. Who is a photograph canvasser, -- Any indivi.di_al who shall solicit business for a permanent resident photographer or for a nonresident photographer, as herein defined, or "who shall solicit such business In Jefferson City to be done elsewhere and de- livered in Jefferson City by telephone or by going from house to house, office to office, place to pia ce or person to person within the pity of Jefferson and soliciting such business by any means or method whatsoever, shall be deemed a photograph canvasser.
