AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 646, Revised Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson„ 1941, defining photograph canvasser -,e, and the same
is hereby amended by adding, in the fifth line of said section,
between the word ticityss and the word "by" the words "by telephone
ors', so than as amended, said section shallread:
"Section 646. Who is a photograph canvasser, -- Any indivi.di_al
who shall solicit business for a permanent resident photographer or
for a nonresident photographer, as herein defined, or "who shall
solicit such business In Jefferson City to be done elsewhere and de-
livered in Jefferson City by telephone or by going from house to
house, office to office, place to pia ce or person to person within
the pity of Jefferson and soliciting such business by any means or
method whatsoever, shall be deemed a photograph canvasser. "
Secti .)n 2. This ordinance shall beeor e effective and be in
force from and after its passage am np:)roval.

IBE IT ORDAIN?ED BY THE CITY C OUNCI'L OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. .Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park the same on the north side of Hillcrest

Moreau Drive.
Section 2. Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
Section 3. All ordinances of ;parts, of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they so conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
