MISSOURI, A S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of
any vehicle traveling on Dunklin Street to fail to bring the smie
to a full and complete stop at the intersection of said street
with ijafayette Street.
Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of
any vehicle traveling on Lafayette Street to fail to bring the
same to a full and complete stop at the intersection of s aid
street with Dunklin Street.
Section 3. nvone c .nvicted to a violation of any of the
provisions of thbsaor' dinance shall be deemed guiltu of a misde-
meanor.
Section 4. All ordinsaces or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they so conflici .
Section 5. U:his or(?inance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, M,. ssouri, providing for the
opening of all that part of Fulkerson Street north of a point 50
feet south of the center line of the lv' issouri Pacific Railroad,
Bagnell Branch Track.
WHEREAS: The City of Jefferson, Yissouri , has an agreement with th(
K . ssouri State Highway Department for all the excess material
from the new Missouri River Bridge project, and is now making all
the necessary arrangements to place this material on industrial
Road., between McCarty Street and Brooks Street, therefore:
SECTION le It i s hereby delcared by the City Col.incil of the City o
Jefferscn, V, ssouri, that it deems it necessary andex-o6dient to
open all that part of -t"ulkerson Street., north to a point 50 feet s ut
south of the center line of the I-,-,- ssouri Pacific: Railroad., 3agnell
Branch track, and it is hereby declared that all thatp art of
Fulkerson Street north of a point 50 feet south of the ' center line
of the Il ssouri Pacific Railroad, 'jlignell branch track, be opened
and the bower and right of the Uity Council, as is provided by
the Statutes of Tu Lssouri ., is hereby fully confirmed and approved.
SECTION? 2. All Ordinances or pabts of Ordinances contrary to in
conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. '-his Ordinm ce shall take effect and be1i-i force from
and after its passag-e and approval.
