Section 1. That Ordinance No. 5642 of the City of Jef.ferso ,

appointive officers and employees of the City of Jefferson, be an
the same is hereby arr.ended insofar as the same relates to the $al ry
to be paid to the Ja nitor of the City Hall, as follows:
"The Janitor of the City Hall shall receive the sum of
Two Hundred Twenty Lollars per month. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the lst day of March, 1953.

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 5642 of the City of Jeffers n,
Vissouri , relating to salaries to be paid to the elective and ap oint-
ive officials and employees of the City of Jefferson, be and the
same is hereby amended insofar as thesame relates to the salarie to
be paid to street department labor, as follows;
"Street Deoartment Labor shall be paid at the rate of One }
and 2611-F/100 Lollsri s (-1.26 ) per hour. HOUas of labor shall be
re4ulated by the Street Commisslcner. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effec �
