WH1"REAS, the City Council has referred said request-to the
Planning and 4oni.ng Commissi.on of the City of Jefferson, V . 7sour' ;
and
VIHERT"AS, said Commission has made its report to the City
Council recomniending that said proporty be reclassified from a
District "A" to a District "D"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused to be published in the
Jefferson City Post Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circu-
lati. on within Chid City, a notice, at least fifteen days prior
to March 2, 1053, advising all interest oereons that the City Council
would on said date, hold public heari.ngs concerning; said petition
for rezoning; and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been afforded an oppo
tunity to be heard on said question of rezoning said real estate;

Section 1. That hereafter the following described real estate
shall be classified' under the zoning Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, y,4 ssouri, as District "F .

A part of the northeast quarter of Sec. 13, T44, R121
i fronting 49C feet on U.S. Highway No. 54 and running back
i westerly 210 .feet. The south line lying 180 feet south of
and parallel to the center Line of Lunford Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall b e in force and take effec
from and after its passage and approval .
