Be it ordained by the Council of the "ity of Jefferson, Pissouri,
as Follows :

estate hereinafter described andsituated in the City of t7efforson.,

Revised Statutes of 1�.issouri , 1949, entitled "Plats it babe been

Therefore the plat of alnd of the said John R. Estes and War i
F. Estes, owners, known and referred to as Lauran lleifthts
lying, and baing withingtlie corporate limits of the Uits* of Jeffer-
son, Yissouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made
man
a part of this ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by the Qit.
Council of the City of Jefferson, T.I . ssouri , and the Vlayor of said
City; and the City Clerk of the City" of Jefferson'. T-'issouril after
passage and approval of this Ordinance, is hereby directed to endor e
acceptance and approval of said pla8 thereon, and to certify to the
approval of same under seal of the ity of Jefferson, M. ssouri
Section 2. This Ord-Inai ce shall take effect and be in ofree
from and after its passage and approval.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinm ces in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Street to the east curb line of County Road.
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY COUINCIL OF T.;F CITY OF
VISSOURT, AS FOLL01,7S:
SECTICV 1. That the -rade of the roadway of Drive from the
north property line of W'est Main Street to the curb line of Bounty
Drive be and hereby is established as follows: >etzinning at the
north property line of Vlest Iviain Street and the center line of
Willow Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 263.50;
thence 150 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grad
shall be, 254.e7; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
