Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of i
any vehicle to ;>nrmit the saitie to be t-, arjted beneath the viaduct
structure located on ';a`est Ilif:h Strect in the City of Jefferson,
N�ssouri.
Section 2. Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed fuilty of a mis-
demeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinm ces in confli
with this ordinance are hereby repealed, insofar as they so conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force from and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.

Jefferson, or on the south side of Dunklin Street between Nonroe
