HomeMy Public PortalAboutCity Council_Resolution No. 22-5598_Ordering levy and collection of Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District Assessment for FY 22-23_6/8/2022_RegularSECTION 3. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the levy of the assessments as
set forth in the engineer's report for FY 2022-2023.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified
copy of the diagram and assessment with the Auditor of the County of Los Angeles no
later than the third Monday in August 2022.
SECTION 5. The City Council hereby requests the County enter City special
assessment fees collected by the County on the City's behalf, on the tax bills for the City.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution.
