and Elm Street, be graded, curbed with cement concrete noterial in
accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by the City
'gin,- ineer and filed in the Office of the 0ity Clerk, and that the
total cost of the work aforesaid shall :)e chai—ed and levied as a

said contemplated improvement and special tax bills bhall-be t1i s sued
therefor, as -.)o,!ided in the City Charter and in Section 83-523
Revised Statues:,-of the State of Vissouri , 1949, and amendments
thereto. That the cost of the curb shall be assed oril- against- the
property in front of which the same is constructed.
SECTION, 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passaCe and approval.
