New Business: After discussing the development of a new practice facility, the committee recommends that the city pursue development of the facility next to the driving range as long as the practice facility has no adverse effect on changing the wetland issues and playability of the cedar golf course. A new cartpath fee of $1 to be added to greens fees was discussed. The committee decided to discuss this idea when discussing setting the 2001 rates and will research the idea before then. After reviewing the financial statements and depreciation schedules, the committee has questions and concerns to be discussed at a future meeting. Old Business: It moved and seconded to present the season pass refund policy to city council for approval and to become an ordinance or resolution. Call for Additional Items: The McCall women's Golf Association presented a list of suggested improvements. • Installing divot mix containers on the golf carts. • Make yardage markers visible. • Paint yardage markers on cartpaths. • Add new signs from 5 aspen to 6 aspen tee and from 7 aspen to 8 aspen front tee. • Shrubs on handicap ramps cut back. • Clean carpets and furniture. • Repair locks on upstairs bathroom doors. • Add a sanitary paper toilet dispenser. • Change color of the portable restrooms. Staff Reports: Dan Pillard reported that the construction of the bridges was completed and the drainage ditches were seeded. Mary Clemmer discussed revenue numbers.
