RESOLUTION IMPOSING SUSPI~qSION OF LIQOOR LIC~qSE
WH~, Exit 12, Inc. ("License HOLder") has been charges with
violations of N.J.A.C. 13:2-23.6 (a) (3) and N.J.A.C. 12:2-23.13
(a) (3) (the "Charges:); and
W~, License holder has entered a plea of Non-Vult to the
charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLI/I~), by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, that License holders license be and is hereby
suspended for the period beginning on August 7, 1998 and ending
August 9, 1998.
BE 1TFOR~IItI~IRESOLV~I) the Borough Clerk is hereby authorized to
forward a copy of this Resolution to New Jersey Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Adopted the 3rd day of August, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 4, 1998.
