AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF BOON'IILLE HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFER9) N, MISSOURI , OFF,:
ERED BY JOHN G. SCI-iEPERLE, - RORFRT H. LIVINGS11UN AND DOROTHY L.
LIVINGSTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`iTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, !."ISSOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Qohn G. Scheperle, robert H. Livingston and
Dorothy L. Livingstion, liusband and wife, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the city of jefferson, missou it
{ having submitted to the Council for its approval a Plat of said
f( real estate particularly described as: i+
I " A part of Section 35 Towhship 45 North, Range 12 'Rest in
Cole County, Missouri$ and more particularly described as: ?
jBeginning at the northeast corner of Lot 12 Block 2 of
Livingston Heights ; thence northerly parallel to the !
Boonville Road 680. 13 feet; thence North 11.9 degrees and
10 minutes East (Magnetic) 212.0 feet to the westerly Line
I of the 'doonville Roar; thence northerl along and with the

signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision known and r >'

445, Revised Statutes of I1 issouri, 191►.9, entitled 'Plats" have
been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Sub-

Robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L. Livingston, husband and wife,
known and referred to as Boonville Heights Subdivision, lying and
being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missou
as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of t!iis �;I'r
ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of
the pity of Jefferson, T?issouri and the Mayor of said City; and
