SCI-iEPERLE, - RORFRT H. LIVINGS11UN AND DOROTHY L. LIVINGSTON. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`iTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, !."ISSOU I, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Qohn G. Scheperle, robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L.
