AN ORDINANCE, LEVYING AND ASSESSI',IG SPECIAL TAX BILLS AGAINST THE
LOTS OR TRACTS OF LANI: FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF SHORT
STREET, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND '' ATER STREET, ALL OF SAID IM-
'IROVEMENT IS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF SPRINKLING, OILING, REPAIRIATG,
SURFACING AND RESURFACING DISTRICT N[A1rBER FOUR (4 ) OF THE CITY OF'
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT r RDAI NED BY THE CITY C CUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.,
MISSOURI; AS FOLLOWS: j
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at therate and cost
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Short Street, between Riverside Drive and Water
Street, all of said improvement being within the limits of sprink-
ling, oiling, surfacing and resurfacing Listrict Number Four (4 )
i of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri , for the improvement of said
roadway-of said street aforesaid by repairing surfacing and re-
surfacing the sum of $411.48 as the cost that is levied by Statue
for the improvement of said street and the number of front feet
fronting or abutting said roadway of said street aforesaid, amounts
to 658.8 feet and the cost price per running foot is $0. 60.
SECTION 2. r'or the purpose of paying for said improvement of said
roadway of Short Street, between Riverside Drive and Water Street, ,
all of said improvement being within the 11rits of sprinkling I
oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District Number Four
} (4 ) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , there is hereby levied
and assessed the sum of $0. 60 as a special tax agai,ist each front {
foot of ground fronting or abutting the said roadway of said street[
aforesaid, and contained. in such tracts of land fronting or abutting
said improved roadway of said street aforesaid. f
SECTION 3. The name of each property owner of owners and the des-
cription of the lots or pieces of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of Short Street, between Riverside Drive and Water Streetl�
all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkling,
oiling, surfacing and resurfacing District Number Four (4 ) of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, the number of front feet owned by each`
owner or owners in the lots or tracts of land owned and abutting
said block or street, the cost per front foot for said improvement j
and the amount levied and assessed as a special tax for said improve-!
