BE IT ORDAIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ! MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: I SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cot price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of John' s Street, from Munroe Street to U. S. SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the de- scription of the lots or pieces of ground frontirg or abutting on each side of John's Street, between Monroe Street and U. S.
