NISSOURT_, !",'qICH MES RS FOLLOWS: "AN ORDTNTANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC
ON ASHLEY STREET AND PROVIDING A PENALTY" AND EFACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE DRIVER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO
BRING THE SAME TO A FULL AND CONi PLETE STOP ON ADAMS STREET AT ITS
INTERSECT?ON WITH AS',!LEY STREET IN JEFFERSON CITY, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. 'THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, RISSOUR
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 5617 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Hereafter its shall be unlawful for the driver
of a motor vehicle to fail to bring thesame to a full and complete
stop on Adams Street on both sides of the intersection of Ashley
Street.
Section 3. +'nyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a misderT-eanor.
Section 4. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
