MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 5140 pertaining to weights and measures is hereby repealed. Section 2. Fees to be charged at City Scales: The followingi fees shall be charged at the city scales: For each weighing of a pickup truck fee shall be 25¢ For each weighing of a straight truck the fee shall be .50d r'or each weighing of a semi-trailer the fee sha :1 be .75� For each weighing of a tandenn-trailer the fee shall be 1.0 For each horse, rule head of cattle or other animal the f ee shall be .10 Fop each 100 pounds of merchandise or other article not loaded in a vehicle, the fee shall be .055 Section 3.
