MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver
of a motor vehicle to hermit the same to be )arked on the west
side of the 600 block of Olio Street.
Section 2. nyone violating any of the terns of tris ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or marts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF JEF'FERSOI- WITH REFERENCE TO CERTAIN LAND WITHTN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON FR OM DISTRICT "C" TO DISTRICT "E".
WHEREAS, Mr. Carl Smith has filed a petition requesting the
City Council to amend, change and reclassify the present zoning
of the land herein described; and WHEREAS, the City Council has
referred the watter to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said commission has made its report recommending that
said land be rezoned from a district acre to District "E", and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been notified that the
City Council of the City of Jefferson woild hold appublic hearing on the
ques ion of whether or not said land should be rezoned by the publica-
tion of notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
more than fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the City 'ouncil of the City of Jefferson has given
all parties an apportunity to be heard upon the ruestion of whether
or not said land should be rezoned; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
P ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter, the following described land of Mr.
Carl Smith shall be classified as a District "V", and the zoning
ordinances now in effect are hereby amended and modified so that
said land is now a Dibstrict "E". Said land is more particularly
desciebed as ollows:
"Lots 13, 149 15 and 16 of Block 9 of Lower Jefferson
and lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 12 of Lower Jefferson
as shown on the plat in the County,-Recorder's uffi ce of
Cole County, Iilissouri, in Peat Book No. Page Nom.
all in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed as they do conflict.
Section 3. Phis ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
