AN ORDTNANCE CIiAt\7GrNG AND MODIFYING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON WITH REFF:RFTJCE TO CEP TA Tr' LAND WITHIN THE CITY F
JEFFERSON FROM DISTRICT "R" AND' "F" TO . DTST1aICT "F".
WHEREAS, Mrs. Leonard Bonnot had filed a petition request- ,
ing the City Council to amend, change and reclassify the present )
zoning of the land herein described; and WHEREAS, the City Counci
has fieferred the matter to the Planning and zoning commission, an
WHEREASs said commission has made i.ts report recommending that
said land be rezoned from a District "B" and "F" TO Listrict "F",
and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been notified that th
City Council of the City of Jefferson would hold a public hearing
on the question of whether or not said land should be rezoned by
the publication of notice in a newspaper of general circulation i t
the City more than fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson has giv n
all parties an opportunity to be heard upon the question of wheth r
or not said land should be rezoned; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO ,
)MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter, the following described land of Mrs.
Leonard Bonnot shall be classified as aDistrict "F", and the zoni g
ordinances now in effect are hereby amended and modified so that
said land is now a District "F". Said land is rrore particularly
described as follows: �
"A part of the northeast quarter of Section 11, 'lownship 44
Range 12, fronting 700 feet on U. S. Highway 50 West, on th
north side thereof, and running back 250 feet north of the
said highway, the east line hying 800 feet west of and
parallel to the east line of said quarter section, in
Jefferson City, Cole County, M . ssouri. "
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in confli t
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force frorr and aft
its passage and approval.
