AN ORDINANCE accepting snd anprbving the Plat of W. A. 3eck Addi-

Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Jefferson, Miss ur
as Follows:
Section 1. Earl H. Beck and Susan Beck, Matilda J. Beck and
Margaret A. Beck, Edna Woodland and Stanley Woodland, Alrra Van Boov1n
and William Scott Van Booven, Leroy !deck and Frances 9eck, Lorine
Russell and David 11ussell, Clarence E. Nankin and Virgie D. 111ankin,
William E. Iviankin and Mary helen Nankin, George E. Callis and Joe T
Callis, and Erman V. 12wa.rds and Virginia L . Edwards owners of the
( real estate �erei.nafter described and situated in the City of Jeff-
ersn, Cole ounty, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for i s
approval a °lat of said real estate, being a oert of the lands
formerly owned by W. A. 3eck ; n the northwest quarter of Section 12
township ee North, Range 12 'West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole ,
County, Wissouri , as hhown on the annexed Plat, and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a stone at the Southwest corner
of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range 12
West; thence North and along the West line of said Northwest quarte
of Section 12, a distance of 1198. 11 ; tc the northerly right of
way of U. F . Nighway Yo. 50; thence South 87'.'131 Fast along said
northerly right of way line of U. S.i-Iighway No. 50 a distance of
25. 04 feet to the easterly line of Dix Road; thence north and along
the easterly line of Dix Road a distance of 140.0' to an iron pipe
on the southerly line of a 20 foot Alley, the point of beginning of �th
this description; 'Thence South 87013' East and along said southerly )
line of 20 foot alley a distance of 569. 67 feet, to the centerline II
of !deck Street; thence North along said center line of Beck Street
a distance of 638.72 feet to a point in St. P. ary ' s Boul ,vard; thenc
North 72-12 ' west a distance of 598. 99 feet to the East line of Dix
Road; thence south along said east line of Dix Road a distance of
1793. 59 .feet to the point of beginning. Containing i.n all 10.02 acre! ,
more or less.
And it appearing that said plat has been duly an • properly

signed and acceoted by the wwners of said subdivision known and re-
ferred to as W. A. Becl{ Addition; that all tpxes hereon have been
paid; and in all other respects the requirements of Chapter 445,
Revised Statutes of Missouri , 1949, entitled "Plats" have been full
complied with by the aforesaid owers of said subdivision.
Th-refore the Plat of land of said above named owners, known
and referred to as W. A. Beck Addition, lt,*ing and being within the 1
corporate lirrits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown b- t 'e
said plat hereto attached and,,made a part of this ordinance is herey
accented and approved by the ity Col.incil of the City of Jefferson,
V, ssouri, and the Mavor of said Oity; and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, N4ssouri , after passage and approval of this
Ordinance, is b-reby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of sa
said plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, NA ssouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passafre and aoproval.
Section 3. All ordi.nances or oarts of ordinances in conflict !
with tihi-e ordinance are hereby repealed.
