AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, P',issouri , establishing the
grade of the roadwa, of Vieier Drive, from the south line of Hall
-Street, north 986. 6 feet.

SECTTON 1. That tho grade of the roadway of Meier Drive, from the
south line of Hall "Itreet, north P96. 6 feet be and hereby is es-
tablished rs follows: Bef.,:Inning, at the center line of Wleier Drive
where the same intersects the south line of Hall Street where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 196. 9R: thence 60 feet on a ver-
tical curve where the elevation of the ' rade shall be ., 196.78; thine
thence 60 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the P-radi
shall be, 195. 55; thence 280 feet on a uniform grade where the
elevation of the rrrade shall be, 209.98; thence 100 feet on a ver-
tical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 213. 20;
thence 100 feet on a vertical ' curve where the elevation of the grale
shall be, 212. 92; thence 286. 6 feet on a u,Aiforin grade where the
elevation of the 1.-rode shall be, 206. 97.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are h -rebyrepealcd.
SECTTONT 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

of Jefferson, Missouri, that the owners on Hall Drive between the
East line of Meier '.rive and the west line of Crest Drive have
used, improved and occupied and are now using and occupying said
Hall Drive as aforesaid so that said portion of said Hall Drive ha �
ceased to be of any use or benefit as a public thoroughfare and thLt
it would not inconvenience the public on the citizens of the City
of Jefferson., N'issouri, to discontinue and vacate said Hall Drive

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI$ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby declared that the City Uouneft of tj le
City of Jefferson, Vissouri, deems it necessary and expedient to
vacate and discontinue that part of liall Drive from the East 'Line
of Meier Drive nd the west line of Crest Drive as a public thorou'l
ghfare. All the owners of the property and lots aiutting on and
adJacent to said drive having netiticned the City Council to v8cat(I
and discontinue said rrive as a public thoroughfare of the ity of )
Jefferso--,,, and said Drive ifi forever vacated and discontinued as ai
public thoroughfare and the power nrid right of reversion in the
owners of the abutting and adjacent oroperty, as provided by the
Statutes of the State of Vissouri, is hereby fully confirmed and
