SIDES OF CHESTNUT STREF:T BET"14EEN THE IN7:RSECTION OF ATCHISON AND
CHESTNUT AND HIGH STREET AIL"D CHESTNUT, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATTOTT.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COTTNCIL OF THE CITY OF aEFFERSON, MISSO
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver o6 -
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the sane to be 77arked on
Ohestnut Street between the intersection of Atchison and �'bestnut
and High Street and hestnut.
Section 2. "nyone violating thy of the terms of' this ordinm ce
shall be deemed guilty of a risdemenaor.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
shall be repealed insofar and they ccnflict.
Section 4. L his ordinance shall take effect and be in forcel

TO PARK ON THE SAME FOR OVER A ?ERIOD OF ONE (1 ) HOUR IN THE S*b
BLOCK OF MADISON STREET ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET IN AN AREA
WHICH BEGINS AT A -JOINT J# FEET SOITH OF THE SOTTTH11,,'EST CORNER OF
MADISON AND BILLER AND EXTEND OR A DISTANCE OF �V, FEE'1- TO THE TTOFTH*
ERLY EDGE OF THE ALLEY IN SAID BLOCK, AND ENACTTNO A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFF'rTSON., FISSOI-' U
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a
period exceeding one (1 ) hour in the 500 blcok of ka-dison Street,
on the west side thereof, in an area which begl.ns at a point 64 fe t
south of the southwest corner of the intersection of Madison and
Miller Streets and extends for a distance of 135 feet to the north-1
erly edge of the alley in said block.
Section 2. -Inyone violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a risdemenior.
Section 3. All ordinances or carts of ordinances in conflict
with this orfflinance are hereby repealed.
