BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOITRI, AS FOLLOWS-. Section 1. That Ordinance No. 5560 is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof a new ordinance No. 5755 , is hereby enacted authorizing the Jefferson City Bus rines, Inc. to establish a new schedule of fares for the operation of their busses in the City of Jefferson, M4ssouri. Section 2. ORDINANCE NO. 5255 Fares covering one continuous ride between any points on the route herein specified or as hereinafter provided within the city limits of Jefferson City, Missouri, shall be as follows: IKIND OF FARE RATE Adult ]Fare. .W. or 2 tokens for .W Children, 13 to 18 ,years inclusive Adult Fare, except during the hours of 7:20A.M. to 9:OOA. and 3:00 to 4:40 F �. on weekdays when t e fare shall be 10¢, and weekdays shall not include Satur ys and undays. Children, 5 to 12 years inclu.si�le. .10;, except durinE the hoiirs of 7:20 A.M. to 4:40 P.V. on weekdays when the fare sha be .05�, and weekday shall not igelude at- urr'ays and unday . Children under 5 years Free, when accompEnied by a paid fare. Policemen and riremen. Free, as hereinafter provided. Transfers shall be issued without charge between routes on (1) and two (2). All transfers shall be limited to the same or diverting d.i - ': ections and shall be used within a thirty (30) minute peri d, and no transfer shall enable a passenger to return to the vicinity from which he started without paying a second far( . A transfer issued 0hall be used only by the person to whom ; it is issued. The ompany may make such reasonable regulat Ins as it may deem necessary to prevent misuse of the transfer, Policemen and Firemen shall be permitted to travel free of charge when in uniform or upon presentation of proper ere dentials. Policemen in plain clothes shall be permitted to travel free of charge upon presentation of an official pas issued by the Cop. parjy.
