SUPERVISORY Iti1ATURE.
f BE IT ORDAINED BY TITrE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOiJRI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All emlooyees of the Street Department of the `city of
Jefferson, excepting those employees who have duties of a super-
visory nature, shall be retired upon reaching the age of sixty-
five (65) ,years. i
Section 2. All ordina -ces or arts of ordinances in conflict with;
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
