Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemenaor.
Section 3. All ordinances or oarts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are repealed insofar as they do conflict.
Section 4. This ordinances shall be in force and takecffect
from and after its oassage and approviLl.

TRAFFIC THROUGH THE ALLEY BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND MCCARTY STREET
AND BETWEEN JEFFERSON STREET AND ADAIVS STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFF-
ERSON, MISSOURI., AND EIjACTTNG A NEW (jRDTNANCE TO BE KNOWN AS ORDI.
INTANCE NO. 5765 PERTAINING TO THE SAME SIF?JECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURIq AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 5301 of the ity of Jefferson,
Ifissouri , pertaining to the regulation and direction of the flow
of traffic through the alley between High Street and M-cCarty. 7treft
and between Jefferson Street and Adams Street is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All. traffic moving over the said located alley
may move in either a westerly or easterly direction.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect and take
force from and after its passage and approval.
