IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI FOR T'IE TIAPROVE, ENT OF SAID
ROADWAY BY TRADING AND PAVING WITH CRUSHED STONE MATERIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TT1E COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'IF JEF'11';1ERS01q, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
ordInance, against t',e a��!repate lots or tracts of land fronting
or abutting on the roadway of Marilyn Street, between Meadow
Lane and Oakview Drive '.n the Uity of Jefferson, Missouri., for th
improvement of the ro~ dway Marilyn Streit aforesaid, in-
cluding such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a
cement sidewalk, the si.im of ${4860.40 as the total c:;sts of the
imorovement of said street and the number of front feet fronting
or abutting said roadwav of said arilyn Street aforesaid, be-
tween the aforesaid streets amol.,'nts to 1676. 0 , running feet;
the sost price per running foot is $ 2. 90 .
Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway of ""arilyn Street, between Meadows Lane and Oakview
Drive there is hereby levied and assessed -the slim o-f �2. 90
as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or
abutting said roadway of '°arilyn. Street between the afore-
said streets, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting
or abutting said improved roadway of said arilyn Street, be-
tween Meadow Lane and Oakview Drive .
