Said record book shall be kept in a safe and secure place and available for inspection by the City Council. (b) double parking violators. (c ) ini�Prooer -parking violators. (d ) no- parking zone violators. (e ) loading zone vi lators . The amcunt of the fine paid shall be endorsed upon both duplicate copies of the traffic ticket and the money shall be attac' hed thereto. Section 5. When the Police Court is not in session, the City Marshall, or the officer in charge of the Police Department in his absence, as a convenience to the citizens of Jefferson City and the State of Yissouri, may take a cash bond conditioned upon the appearance of the violator in the Police Court on a specified day, of an amount not to exceed -b'ifty (4'50.00) Dollars. The cash bond shall be presented to the Judge of the Police Court on the day of appearance, and should the violator not appear, the amount of the bond shall be forfeited., otherwise, the sash bond shall be returned to the violator. Section 6. The City Marshall shall turn over to the City Clerk for safe-keeping the aggregate sum of money collected from fines and/or costs in the Police-aggregate and the forfeitiarle of bonds in the Police Court, minus the aggregate sum of money paid out for fees as authorized in Section three (3) of this ordinance, toryether with thetuvo duplicate copies of the traffic ticket or arrest slip, and the City Marshall shall turn over to the City Clerk the a!:-Pregste sum of money realized from the collection of the fines specified in Section four (4 ) of this ordi.nm ce., to gether with the two duplicate copies of the traffic ticket issuey at the following times. (a) All monies received between the hours of 12:00 noon on Saturday and 12:00 noon on Monday shall be ti..irned over at 12:00 no-)n on Monday. -- I�! (b) All monies receiyed between the hours of 12:00 noon on Monday and '12:00 noon on jiesday shall be turned over at 12:00 noon on luedday. (c ) All monies received between the hours of 12:00 noon on Tuesday and 12:00 noon on W'dnesday shall be turned over at 12:00 noon on Wddnesday. (d) All monies received between the hours of 12:00 noon on Wednesday and 12:00 noon on thursday shall be turned over at 12:00 noon on tnursday. (e ) All monies received between the hours of 12:00 noon on Thursday and 12:00 noon on Friday shall be turned over at 12:00 noon on Friday. MG (f) All monies received between the hours of 12- 00 noon on Friday and 12:00 noon on Snturday rhall be turned over at 12:CO W)on on Sat-orday. (g) In the event that a legal holiday falls on a ry day of the weekly except Sat- relay of Sunday, the monies shall be turned ove at 12:00 noon on the next business day . Section 7. The ki ity Clorl� or his deputy shall balance the amount of money turned over to him each day against the agR.regate amount of fines, costs, and bo,M4 money forfeited, mines the amoul, of money paid out under the orovisions of Section three (3) of thi' ordinance , and then enter the date of receiptrof this money from t;e Mershall, and the amount of the money received, in a record book to be especially kept for that ourpose., and the clerk., or }-,is deputy., shall retain one of the duplicate copies of the traffic ticket or arrest slip., and rettirn the other copy to the Ulty Marsha'l. the City (-'lerk and the City Marshall, in the oresence of each other, shall initial in ink the gage of the record book, kept by the fit,.V Clerk, in which is entered the arolint of money turned over to the iixxk Clerk on every day that monies are turned over to the Clerk. Section B. The City clerk shall not be required to keep a detailed record of the name of each individual who 3-as paid a fins and/or costs, or. the amount of costs or fine paid by each indi- vidual, but he shall keep his copy of t�ie traffic ticket or arreA slip in a safe and secure place. Section 9. the City Marshall, or the officer to whom he should delegate the duty, shall maintai.n a record book, in which sh-11 be entered the name of each individual who has paid a fine and/or costs, the amo-,:nt thereof, the date of payment, and the type of violation for w1hich the individual was fined. Section 10. Each traffic ticket and arrest slip issued shall be accounted for. Section 11. On the lest`Saturday Saturday of each month, the `j ity Clerk shall turn over to the ity Treasurer the aggregate total of the monies received by him during the period of time subse- quent to the last Saturday of the preceeding month, and take a receipt therefor from the City Treasurer. In the event a legal holiday falls on the 1pst Saturday of the month, said monies andl; receipts shall be exchanged on the following Mot-iday. Section 12.
