reoort recommending that said land be rezoned from a district "B"
to a District 11F11 and
WuEREASi all interested parties have been notified that the
City Coi.i.ncil of the City of Jefferson would hold a public hearing
on the question of whether or not said land should he rezoned by the
publication of notice in a rjewsoa,t)er of general circulation in the
City more than fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing., end
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson has given all
parties an opportunity to be heard up.,-)n the question of whether
or not said land should be rezoned; mow therefore;

AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described lend of the
Missouri Power and Light Company shall be classified as a District
'IF" . and the zoning ordinances now in effect are hereby amended ft
and modified so that the land is now a District F". Said land
is more Particularly i3escri`�ed s-s follows:
"Lots Nos. 18 and 19 in Leuthens Subdivision of a part of
0 Q tlots 50 and 60 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri., as shoin
in Plat Book No. 2 at page 55 in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in Cole County- , T%I ssoiiri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in- Mrce
from and after its passage and approval.
