SECTION 1. That the City Co,.1nci-1 of the City of Jefferson,
Yissouri , hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhRbitants of the City to estAblish a Sewer Disti,ict to be
known as Sewer Listrict No. 94, and saiO district to be establih
with location and boundaries as follows: Be,---inning at a point
