r!.ESSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the direction of traffic of all motor
vehicles traveling over the alley located I)etween High and McCarty
Struts and between Jefferson and Washington Streets shall be one- ay
traffic moving in an easterly direction.
Section 2. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemenaor.
Section 3. All ordinances or carts of ordinances in confli( t
with this ordinance are hepealed insofar as the conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effeci
from and after its passage and approval.

LOCATED BETWEEN HIGH ANT:, MCCARTY STREETS AND BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND
WASHINGTON STREEETS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOITY
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful fox, the operator
of a mot%)r vehicle to :)ermit the same to be oarIked in the alley
between High and M.cCarty Streets and between Jefferson and

Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms cf t,,I.s ordi-
