BE IT ORDAINED BY TT-TE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ON JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 4721 of the 4 ity of Jefferson,
providing for the abatement of sr� oke within the ity of Jefferso ,
YIssouri;, prescribing regulations for the insballation ea d opera-
tion of fuel burning equipment; providing for the appointment of
sroke abatement engineer, bis duties, powers and rights; orovidinE for
the appointment of an advisory board.; providing fir the issuance
of hermits and collection of fees therefor; and prescribing pen-
alties for violation thereof; and r epealing all other ordinances or
Darts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and is hereby express-
ly repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in f.orc
from and after its passage and approval.
