That Ordinance No. 4778 of the "ity of Jefferson, V ssouri , relating to the creation of an I spection Lepartment In the City of Jefferson, 1%"; ssouri, is hereby amended by repealing Section 7. 8 and 9 thereof and. enacting in lieu thereof five new sections to be known as Sections 71859,10 and 11 which provide that the License inspector ^nd 11ealth 'Jfficer are to become deputy In- spectors in the inspection department, and that each of the deputy inspextors orepsre and si-ibmit to the GThief Inspector a daily report of their activities. "Section 7. The Dresent License Inspector shall immediately become a Deputy Inspector pector in said department P.- d shall be account- able to the Chief Inspector in the oerformance of his duties and shall work out of said Chief Tnsoectorls Office. Tiowever, said license inspector shall be a )-)ointed and c­,ntiniie to receive the same salary in the sa-me manner as now orovided by ordInance and s.hell continue under the same name and shall perform the smme dutie3 and have the same rowers Ps outlined under tale orovisions of the present existing ordinances pprtsi .)ing to the inspection of licensea Section 9. Section 9. It shall be the duty of each of the deputy of the deputy insnectors to orepare., a detailed reoort of each days activities, and submit th- same to the Chief Insoevtor. One copy of said report shall be retained by the Chief Inspector, and the other forwarded by him together with a monthly summary renort of the activities of all of t'-e members ojU. said inspection department., to the office of Mayor of Jefferson City, for his in- spection and that of the City Co-.•ncil. After submission of the repent as aforesaid, the same shall be retained in the files of the City Clerk for at I - ast one year. Sect on 10.
