That Pprt of Broadway Street, as platted and shown
on the plat of City View Terrace., in Plat Book 4 at
Page 78, Cole County Recorder' s Office, and more par-
ticularly described as : Beginning on West line of Broad-
way Street at the southeasterly corner of Lot 27,
Block 3., City View Terrace; thence easterly parallel to
the coutherly line of said lot 27 for a distance of 72. 0
feet to the east line of Broadway Street: thnence North
